Through water activities, the residents can gain improvements in the areas of balance and coordination, muscular spasms and tension, abnormal reflex, joint activity, physical fitness and cardiorespiratory endurance, social interaction, and psychological and physical awareness. Water sports games and activities can improve the understanding and interactions between the teachers and students, in addition to improving the residents’adaptation to water, increasing the enjoyment of water activities, and developing the ability for water activities.
