In order to promote English Service Emblems program and to demonstrate the English services results, The Research, Development and Evaluation Commission, Executive Yan plans to hold “New Horizons for English Service in Taiwan—creative short films for submission acceptance” to create a focal point to attract public participation for getting aware of social issues. The purpose of this creative short films submission program is to give foreigners a better understanding of the program and to encourage more businesses to endorse using English at work, and most important of all, to enhance English services work in Taiwan.
