The TCG DOF announces the sale of 2 places of city-owned real estate and sincerely welcomes bidding.

On June 17, 2025, the Taipei City Government's Department of Finance(DOF) has announced the public competitive bidding for 2 pieces of city-owned real estate respectively located in Shilin District and Nangang District of Taipei City. The deadline for bid submission is at 11a.m. on July 1,2025, and the bids are scheduled to be opened at 3p.m. on the same day.

From now on, interested bidders can request bidding documents free of charge (only one serving per person) from the Administrative Services Office of the DOF or download them from the official website of the DOF. During the announcement period, property tours can be arranged by appointment with the DOF (Tel: 2725-6296), and an online 3D virtual tour service is also provided by the DOF for those unable to visit these properties in person. Eligible bidders are warmly welcome to participate.
